We offer a 60 Day Return policy on
items that we stock in our warehouse in NH.
Items that we carry and are not
drop shipped from one of our suppliers / factories will
not have a restocking fee as long as the item can go
right back on our shelves. Items that have were shipped
from one of the factories will be
subject to there restocking polices which is 25%.
All
items need a " Return Authorization Form " to be
returned back to iapsales, or a factory or Master
distributor warehouse we use. We will email, fax or
mail the Return Authorization form to you. Please
print this form and place inside the double box or
inside the manufactures' box if the item did not come
with a secondary box (This will expedite the return
process)

-All Items that were double boxed to you must be
shipped back with a double box
- -All items must be
returned in its original packing with all
accessories that were included in the original order
- -All items must be new
and not used, and un-opened will have not be charged
a restocking fee
- -All Items that have
been installed can not be returned
- -All items that have to
be repackaged and can not go back on the shelf as is
will have a 25 % restocking fee
- -A pro-rated restocking
fee charge up to 100 % will be assessed for items
that are returned incomplete to us or with
non-resalable parts
- ---All Items that are
shipping from a factory and not from IAP's warehouse
have a 25% restocking Fee regardless of condition
("factory polices not IAP's" policy)
- Customer is responsible
for all freight charges to and from.

with free shipping promo will pay the actual
shipping cost to you
- The total original
invoice will be credited excluding freight and the
restocking fee upon the return of merchandise

If your product was damaged
during shipping, please refuse the package, note the
damage on the "bill of lading" and call us immediately.
If you receive the product
damaged and did not note it during delivery we now have
a different problem. Iap-home.com will do everything
possible to replace your product. However, different
manufacturers and freight carriers have different rules.
Following are the 'official' rules.
All shipments must be
thoroughly inspected at time of delivery before signing
for the product. The driver is required to wait while
you inspect the product. If upon receipt of the package
you see visible damage, or suspect concealed damage, you
must carefully unpack and inspect the product before
signing the bill of lading. If you determine the product
is damaged, the shipment should be rejected. If you find
the item to be in satisfactory condition, you should
accept the item and make note of the visible damage on
the bill of lading. If you receive a unit and finds the
damage after the driver has left then Iap-home.com must
be notified within 72 hours of receipt of the unit to
qualify for a replacement unit. Any report after the 72
hours will not be honored. Once Iap-home.com has been
made aware of the damage the carrier will be notified. Shipments that have been accepted, but have concealed
damage will take longer. A detailed description of the
damage is needed to file a claim with the carrier. In
some cases (usually based on value) the carrier may
request to inspect the unit. The original packaging must
be kept for this inspection. If the original packaging
is not available the carrier instantly denies the claim
and Iap-home.com will deny the claim also.
If a replacement is needed, a
new order must be placed with Iap-home.com.

Refused Shipment at time of Delivery
(Customer changes his/her mind at time of delivery no
damage)
The customer may change their
mind at the time of delivery. Iap-home.com will charge a
25% restocking fee plus all incurred freight charges on
refused shipments. These charges may include, but are
not limited to, delivery and return transit costs and
storage fees.
Damage Allowance
When a
consignee is willing to accept an allowance in lieu of a
return and replace, Iap-home.com will offer up to a 10%
to keep as an allowance.
In
all cases, except Damage Allowance, the following
guidelines will apply or Credit will be denied.
- A Return Authorization
number must be assigned.
- All units must be in
original carton with all accessories included

The product must be in the
condition stated on the Return Authorization i.e.
D.O.A must be defective etc.
D.O.A (Dead upon
arrival-not used)
Iap-home.com must be notified within 72 hours of
delivery. All DOA are replaced to the buyer at no
additional charge. Iap-home.com will assign a Return
Authorization number then issue a Call Tag/Pick Up for
the pick up of the product and have it returned .The
unit must be returned in its original packaging
including accessories and manuals. The total original
invoice will be credited including freight upon the
return of the merchandise.
MANUFACTURERS WILL NOT ACCEPT
A RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT THEIR (RMA) RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION
If you would like a replacement
you must tell us and re order. The unit will be tested
upon its return, and if it is found after the return not
to be a D.O.A you will be charged a 25% restocking fee
along with the return freight charges. In addition to
this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be
assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with
non-resalable parts. The unit will be treated a
Defective instead of a D.O.A.
Defective, Damaged or Shipping Errors (Once
unit has been used)
Defective merchandise is
under warranty by the manufacturer, please read the
warranty information enclosed with each product, and
look for the customer service number for assistance. If
you can't find it please call us at
1-800-416-1298 or send us
an e-mail.
All defective units must be
deemed defective and not repairable by an authorized
service center, or technical support from the factory. Copies of service centers work order must be faxed to
Iap-home.com at 603 778 3014
showing unit is non-repairable.
If there is not a service
center available or the unit is deemed non-repairable
Iap-home.com will assign a Return Authorization number
and issue a Call Tag/Pick Up for the unit and have it
picked up and returned to the warehouse at no charge.
The unit must be returned in its
original packaging including accessories. The total
original invoice will be credited including freight upon
the return of the merchandise. The unit will be tested
upon its return. If the unit is found after the return
not to be a defective you will be charged.
